If it’s your first time with us, we assign you a project manager to facilitate the training and overall co-management of your Remote Talent. The training will be two-fold. First, training will be provided to you so we are both aligned on our operational model. Second, training/orientation will be provided by you to your Remote Talent on the specifics of the role.

The PM will be responsible in documenting these training. In the future, if you would need additional talent, these materials can be repurposed. Moreover, the project manager will also ensure that our service level agreements are met.

We will help in managing and building the proficiency of your Remote Talent. Continuous training and learning are embedded in our work culture. We collate these insights into a project proposal. PROJECT PROPOSAL

We present you a fixed bid project estimation of the overall software development cost. At this stage, you will decide whether or not to proceed with the project.

Once we hear your feedback on our initial proposal, and you wish to proceed, we sit with you again for a more detailed requirements gathering & validation sessions(s). Once vetted, we’ll proceed to solution designing. Our analysts and programmers should then already have all the needed project specifications for them to come up with an optimal software/product design, with detailed project timeline and costs estimates. During this step, you will be billed at actuals.
